A doctor has provided 1 answer

Look at growth chart: At 7 months, your baby should continue to get regular breast milk. Adding iron fortified cereal, and other solids, such as vegetables and fruit, and then pureed protein should start. Introducing a cup is also a good idea. The baby should sit to eat and you should have fun with this. By a year of age, the baby should be eating a good variety of soft foods. Re: weight, discuss growth rate with doc.
