Normal BP: Blood pressures of 100-115/60-70 mmhg are normal. If blood pressure medications are being taken, they seem to be doing a good job. If someone loses weight or starts to exercise regularly, the blood pressure can come down and sometimes less medication is needed to control that person's hypertension.
