What reasons that a person with hypertension (take medicaments for that since 2 years), since 2 weeks presents low bp(syst. 100-115, dyast. 60-70).txs?

Normal BP: Blood pressures of 100-115/60-70 mmhg are normal. If blood pressure medications are being taken, they seem to be doing a good job. If someone loses weight or starts to exercise regularly, the blood pressure can come down and sometimes less medication is needed to control that person's hypertension.
