Stevia: It's best to stay away from chemical sweeteners (sugar too). Give stevia a try. It's a root made into a powder and is very sweet so you only need a little. Once you stop using chemical toxins your body will work to eliminate them. Hydration and exercise will help. Intermittent fasting is in the research these days with lots of benefits but do that with the guidance of your doc.
