A member asked:

Trying to cut down on my caffeine intake--can too much caffeine before bed effect human growth hormone and cause height to increase (age: upper 30s)?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Unlikely the pbm: In the 30's, your growth centers have closed and any existing growth hormone production helps protect the growing cells, muscle mass and the like. You will not grow taller at 30, regardless of extra growth hormone.
