Headache specialist: Seek a reputable headache clinic/specialist for this problem. These are difficult to manage even with the best care. Look to a dentist also who is skilled in the usage of a nti devise, an oral appliance which has fda clearance/approval in managing migraine headaches. Best regards!

Migraine : Is a serious and complex neurologic disorder. Headache, insomnia, visual disturbances nausea, sensitivity to light or sound, paresthesias during the episodes. Steroids medications are used as a prophylactic drugs for chronic migraine. Rec. See an orofacial pain or headache specialist for evaluation and proper prophylactic management.
