My son has been throwing up all night ....and everytime he throw up it's a clear fluid....he took medicine and it didn't help?

Multiple possibiliti: One night of nausea and vomiting is usually not too serious as long as the child can keep down fluids. He needs to stay hydrated-- very important. If it continues today i would go to his pediatrician for a formal evaluation.
