Get a diagnosis: Before prescribing a medication, you need an examination to determine the cause of your vertigo! there are so many causes of vertigo and some types canbe handled by a form of physical therapy, not medicine. A good place to start is w an ENT dr. Also most large hospitals have balance centers that can handle certain types of vertigo!
