Yes: Patients with hepatitis C who drink alcohol are more likely to develop liver cirrhosis and liver cancer and at a younger age. Abstinence is encouraged.

Yes: Absolutely. Chronic hepatitis C and alcoholism is a recipe for disaster. You're taxing a liver that's already preoccupied dealing with a viral infestation. Do yourself a favor--don't drink alcohol, and restrict your Acetaminophen usage.

Yes: Both of these stress the liver and can damage it over time. Combining the two just puts a lot more stress on the liver, making it more likely that damage will occur, and in a shorter time frame.

Yes: Hepatitis c and alcohol are a bad mix. Both cause liver inflammation which can lead to fibrosis, cirrhosis and ultimately liver cancer.
