Will a digital ovulation test show positive if you are pregnant? if so, how is this even possible? how would it pick it up? i've heard this many times

Possibly: An ovulation test detects lh in the urine. Lh and HCG (pregnancy hormone) are very similar chemically, so a test for one will often detect the other. The ovulation predictor may not be as sensitive as a regular pregnancy test.
