Hormones?: Please see your doc and get your hormone levels checked for starters. One or another of them can impact mood, sleep, libido, etc. Follow up could be to sort out your present relationship. Maybe it is fine or maybe you are a bit conflicted about that or something else. Lots of reason to hope for a good outcome.

Numerous causes: Variety of potential general medical, substance/alcohol use-related, prescription medication reaction, and/or psychological causes to these types of difficulties. Would consider general medical evaluation first and, if unrevealing, consider review with psychiatrist as the nature of symptoms may be consistent with a trauma exposure reaction.
