Exposure therapy: Find a therapist specializing in treating anxiety, especially helpful is exposure based therapy, where gradually, w/ the therapist's guidance, you repeatedly face the feared situations ; symptoms, along w/ relaxation techniques. Doing this over time, the physical sensations that accompany the panicky feeling will no longer become so overwhelming. Medication may help but not alone.

No: A competent physician on this site will not give you a treatment recommendation with first performing an in person evaluation. Secondly, we would not recommend buying medicines online as opposed to getting them filled at a local pharmacy. You need to seek professional help, not lay opinions, if you may have a medical illness. Call your family physician tomorrow.
