Possibly: Tylenol (acetaminophen) is a pain reliever for mild to moderate pain. Please be sure not to take over 4000mg/d. If you are taking it long term i would suggest less than 2000mg/d. Hope that helps.

Taking too much: Tylenol (acetaminophen) even for one day can cause permanent liver damage which can lead to liver failure not more than 4000 in any one 24 hour period, if on for more than a few days not more than 2000 mg a day. Do not take if you have any liver problems.
