No: Dialysis dementia resulted in part from aluminum toxicity but that was introduced in fairly sizable amounts into the bloodstream itself. There's a "pop" claim about aluminum in drinking water "correlating with" Alzheimer's but when I chased down the actual article it showed a NEGATIVE relationship, the facts being misrepresented by the scaremongers. I decided it was noise -- no real relationship.
