Possibly: A urinary catheter can irritate both the urethra and the prostate gland. Either can cause short-term discomfort with ejaculation. Any long-term issues should be evaluated by a Urologist.

Ejaculate: It does happen after any type of instrumentation of the urinary tract, whether a catheter, prostate surgery, or any kind of infection, inflammation (prostatitis)
