Possibly: Closing "medium" gap between front teeth may mean opening 2 smaller gaps on the other side of the teeth. And then there' she question of retaining the teeth in their new positions. And are the teeth correct width, or slightly too small. And do you have a problematic tag of tissue between the teeth that needs revision. See an Orthodontist for best answer. You'll be glad you did.
