Forgive my frankness: Acne needs to be treated aggressively before it produces scars. "natural remedies" don't work. Acne on the trunk requires prescription-strength rx. Frankly, it's bad enough that junior ended up getting scarred in the first place. Pigment fades by itself, but true scars will require serious rx -- microsurgery, laser ;/or filler -- from a specialist, not more "pop" remedies.
