Can someone help please? my vision is 20/45. do i need glasses?

Less than 20/20: There is no way to know why a person's vision is not "perfect" without examining them. Glasses may correct some patient's vision but in other cases an eye disease or abnormality may be responsible. Please see an eye doctor to find out.
