My stepfather is a severe alcoholic and i need help?

There are many: Things you can do, but none of them will stop your family member from drinking/drugging. Alanon is an organization for the family/loved ones of alcoholics, and can help you deal with your anger, guilt, shame and other feelings. Family therapists can also be helpful, and people in the family can go for their own needs even if the patient refuses. Stopping enabling behaviors are best way to help.
