Could it be right that having butterflies means you have a heart condition?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Butterflies: 'butterflies' is a term we generally use to imply nervous symptoms sometimes including heart palpitations. Commonly people who have performance anxiety refer to their symptom as 'butteflies'. Butterfies does not imply a cardiac pathology.
