Expected: Not healthy- but it is expected. After going through treatment for throat cancer- i.e. Radiation therapy especially- one can have some problems as a side effects of the radiation- i.e. Dry mouth , hoarseness etc. If you only have surgery-not radiation etc- and if the hoarseness just happens after surgery not before- you should f/u with your ENT and have him/her examined your throat.
