Constipation/bleedin: At age 32, most likely bleeding is from hemorrhoids/anal fissure as a result of constipation. Start psyllium daily, decreased dairy (hardens stools) and increased water and institute more fiber in your diet. Use over the counter 1% Hydrocortisone anal cream up inside for a week. If not better, see your doctor.
