Can straining duing during constipation break the hymen? There was red bright blood? Did my hymen break?
I have been suffering from constipation for the last 2 months. This morning after going to the toilet I noticed a small amount of bright red blood on the toilet paper. It was a small amount but freaked me out. I have no other symptoms.
