I had pain on my scortum last week i will describe it being dull and at time feels like itchin, also little bumps on my peins i used lotrimin (clotrimazole) ?

Pain on scrotum: If it itches then apply LidaMantle cream, it will help.

Not a fungus: Lotrimin (clotrimazole) is an antifungal cream, and this is unlikely to be a fungus because fungal rashes rarely if ever involve the scrotum. Yeast rashes can involve the scrotum, but they don't typically hurt or itch. So i'd predict that lotrimin (clotrimazole) is not going to work. This could be from friction, or an allergic or irritant reaction; try 1% Hydrocortisone and see your doc if your symptoms persist.
