Due to injections: Copaxone (glatiramer) injections can cause a localized skin dimpling at the injection site, and a series of these in nearby areas can lead to appearance of "golf ball skin texture", which may be permanent. Best approach is to rotate skin sites, but this could happen in up to 60% of all patients, more or less. May be present in even the newer 40 mg tiw formulation. If problematic, switch to oral medication.
