Sorry about your Mom: Hopefully, there is a knowledgable neurologist who is managing her care. If she is progressive, most of our current meds are of little benefit, although Novantrone might be useful. If pain is an issue, a pain specialist can help. If marijuana is used, can assist with spasticity, and maybe pain, but is limited in other applications. You and she may benefit from counseling, assisted exercise.
