Osteoporosis drug: Forteo is a medication which is used for men and women with osteoporosis who are or may be at risk for fragility fractures. This drug is injected and can lead to increased bone mass and strength. To determine if you would be a candidate for these injections, i would recommend initial consultation with your primary care physician.
