A member asked:

Can you tell me is a -3.1 mm st heart depression lasting longer than 1 minute bad or good?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

ST depression: Ecg findings need to be interpreted in the context of clinical situation and information. In general, we would be highly concerned about isoelectric st segment depression of 3mm lasting longer than 1 minute. There could be situations which would suggest less reason for concern depending on the physiology of the situation.
