Those that We Love: Yes. Those we live with and love when we are in despair can really take a beating. And, the last thing we need when we feel hopeless is to lose the relationships that bring us joy. I appreciate that you reached out here for help. Now it is time to be brave and to reach out to your family doctor to discuss this problem and get some help from medications or therapy or both.

Could be: It could be depression or also other things. Please consider speaking with a psychiatrist or other mental health professional about these concerns. I'm not quite sure what you mean by "abusing others in your heart, " so it's best that you work with a professional to explore it fully. Good luck to you.
