I have an l = 75 & r = 125 vision. is this a nearsighted vision, what to do?

Get glasses: I am guessing you mean left is -0.75 and right is -1.25 which are the lens powers to correct your relatively minor degree of nearsightedness. If you want visual clarity you should get glasses or contacts to correct this. If these refer to something else, then rephrase the question please.
