Bruise??: I would recheck in several days, if it is changing colors like a bruise not to worry.

Spots on clitoris: If these are sudden in nature and cause symptoms like pain or itching, they could represent an infection such as herpes or hpv. There are many other possible causes so i would recommend you see your doctor asap.
