I have what i think is a blood spot on my boob on only one it doesn't hurt or anything it moves with the skin and it's very small should i be worried?

Hemangioma: Small hemangiomas are common on the chest. They are often related to estrogen production, and they are usually harmless and benign. I wouldn't be worried, but if you notice it changing or growing, I would get checked by a dermatologist.
