The best way: Cold turkey and suffering through what withdrawal symptoms could be there is generally the best and fastest way to break a craving or addiction for that matter. It is rougher in the beginning, but your body and brain start adapting right away. Limiting intake doesn't generally work because your body will want more. Think about smokers who reduce instead of quit. Not effective.
