Not close at all. : Sugar is also known as glucose. This is a chemical called a carbohydrate. It is an necessity to live as the body runs on sugar. Caffeine is a stimulant that is added to the coffee refining process and to other drinks to stimulant to help better. However this too should be taken in moderation.
