That's not realistic: Diuretics or other tricks to lose water do no good and are dangerous. What you can do is resolve, right now, to eat only to satisfy hunger, and to start fitness training in the hope you may eventually come to enjoy it. Best wishes.

Remember the : Tortoise and the hare? Slow and steady wins the race. Eat healthfully ; be physically active. Aim for 7.5 to 8 hrs of sleep / night. Hydrate w at least 64 oz of water / day. Calories burned must > calories consumed. Do both cardio ; weight training.
