Simple math: Decrease portion size and total caloric intake. Keep a diary of all the calories you take in 24 hours. A human being needs on an average 2000 calories a day to maintained the same weight. If you want to loose eat less than 2000 calories and exec use vigorously. Make sure you see your before starting all this to make sure that your healthy enough to do this at your own.
