Bra and posture: Pain in the upper back in female could be caused by a bad posture specially if the female is taller than usual they have a tendency to look down more often listen to your mother and keep your head up and your back straight sometime are caused by the hard metal wire of some bra sometime are caused by rib pain caused by pressure trauma or bruises heat and good posture Ibuprofen may help.
