Am very sorry to hea: Hear that, please speak with your obgyn as your obgyn should have already discussed your options as it depends how far along you are, the obvious fact is that once demise has been determined with certainty , the products of conception if you are early or the non viable fetus if you are further along has to be removed either with meds or a procedure or sometimes both.
