A member asked:

What to do if i have very high triglycerides?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Reduce carbs: Triglycerides are the result of your liver converting carbohydrates (i.e. Simple sugars, white bread, white pasta, etc.) into a fat. Reduce your consumption of these foods. Eat whole grain when possible. If have hamburgers/hot dogs, don't use buns. Can also use over the counter fish oils directed on the bottle.
