What to do if i have this small hard bump on my leg (about the size of a skittle). it's about 10 inches above my knee?

Have it checked.: Have it checked by your family doctor or internist. It may be a small, benign lipoma (fatty deposit). It may be muscle tissue? Hard to say. But your doctor should be able to assess it and steer you in the right direction for treatment.
