That is ok!: One option is 2000 mg of metronidazole as a one time dose when treating trichomonas. Four 500 mg pills would have you covered. Symptoms should start to improve over the next few days after treatment. Remember to use condoms as a way to greatly decrease our risk of getting many different types of sexually transmitted infections, along with other safe sex practices. Good luck.
