Yes it is possible.: With a miscarriage at 8 weeks, it is possible to complete the miscarriage without any medical or surgical intervention. Sometimes the passage can be expedited with oral medication. If you begin to have heavy unrelenting bleeding, it means that there has been incomplete passage of the products of conception and your uterus is unable to contract. In this case you should go to the er.
