See your doctor.: Usually urine cultures facilitate the process of choosing the correct antibiotics, but that is sometimes still not enough. If oral antibiotics fail, it might be time to get IV antibiotics. Special imaging tests that verify the urine flow, kidney, bladder, ureter abnormalities. See your doctor, a urology consult might be beneficial. All these treatment plans should be discussed with your PCP.
