If you are asking: ..If it could be cancer, i'm afraid the answer is yes. Bilateral kidney cancer can happen, especially in certain inherited traits like vhl but before you get too anxious, make sure you see your urologist and your oncologist to have it worked out properly. I truly hope you do well.
