STOP!!!: Because it contains free iodine, Lugol's solution at 2% or 5% concentration without dilution is irritating and destructive to mucosa, such as the lining of the esophagus & stomach, whereas doses of 10 mL of 5% solution are known to cause lesions in the stomach lining. You're taking 3x that concentration! STOP, & get medical help right away.
