Hello. : Hello. Can't diagnose your symptoms. However, depending on where you are in paraguay, the water supply may or may not be completely sanitary. You could have a garden variety gastrointestinal virus or depending on where you have been eating, this could a parasite, food poisoning etc. If there is any question about water supply, would switch to drinking bottled water. If the symptoms don't resolve within several days suggest that you see a provider in the area.
