I fell and landed on my feet in heels, could something be wrong?

Yes: Could be....Do you have pain? Is there swelling? Did you cut yourself? Those are some clues that thrtr could be something wrong.

Possibly: Is there any pain, swelling. Is it difficult or painful to stand/walk. Is there any cuts or bruising? If yes, then evaluation and treatment will be necessary.

Fall: There could always be something wrong , but you don't state if there is pain or swelling or difficulty moving a body part . Any contusions or cuts ? An evaluation is in order if you suspect anything could be wrong
