Find other things: To do with your life. If the most exciting thing you had in your life was smoking cigarettes, then you need to broaden your horizons, and get some more interests. Exercise would be a great start, even brisk walking if you are not in shape. Join the y and get back in touch with your body. Read books, go to movies, see plays, pick up on board games. Find other non-smokers, see what they do for fun.
