My 35 y/o son, very thin,ate good & worked out whole life, not drinker or smoker, feeling very minor 1 of 10 discomfort sometimes around middle stomach area & sometimes under right rib, seems to move, not constant, comes and goes,no effect from food?

Without an examination, and much more information one cannot properly address your concern. You can try a telemedicine visit but are best to see a doctor in person. I wonder about irritable bowel syndrome, gastritis but there are so many other possible conditions this can be.
