Hard to say: But things that I would worry about that could cause this are an infected or inflamed cyst. You could also have a skin abscess. There are other things it could be to besides what I mentioned. Without seeing it, it really is difficult to be more specific. Your best bet is to be evaluated in person. Best wishes.
