A member asked:

Can a seven month old down syndrome baby drink water?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: I see no reason to feed a ds infant @ 7 mo any different than a regular infant. Though babies seldom need anything to drink other than breast milk or formula, water in quantities of a few ounces at a time is well tolerated.
