What do you suggest if i'm having severe knee pain . please help?

Need to be examined: Severe knee pain can come from a number of underlying knee structures (or sometimes can be referred from somewhere else). A dr would need to have more info, such as which part of the knee hurts, is there swelling, buckling, locking, any injuries, etc. See a sports medicine dr, get examined, might need imaging studies. Depending on results, treatments could incl. Pt, brace, meds, injections, etc.
